Hayes Garden World is a large garden centre based in Ambleside. This is one of several ‘special offer’ images I took for Hayes.

For this image, the orchid and pot were shot indoors using my studio facilities. The image was then cut out, the white base and faint reflection were added, and the whole thing was overlaid onto a background garden image which I blurred to create a sense of depth.

Very convincing, but completely ‘manufactured’.
