Hayes Welcome Folder Advert

A full page colour advertisement which appears in the Welcome folders usually found in hotel rooms, and designed to attract seasonal visitors. This design features the new Hayes corporate colours and branding and 5 year plant guarantee logo.

Cumbria Crystal Welcome Pack Advert

Based in Ulverston, Cumbria Crystal are the only remaining producer of hand-made full lead crystal in England.

This ‘king-size’ advertisment was designed to be included in hotel ‘Welcome Packs’. These welcome packs are usually to be found in local hotels when visiting a particular area, and advertise various attractions for tourists to visit during their stay. The layout and styling of the advert is based closely on Cumbria Crystal’s existing leaflet used for distribution through Tourist Information Centres.

Here’s proof that small press adverts don’t need to be boring, or cramped with too much text, to sell effectively.

This is one of my ongoing advertising campaigns which appear in the local press on a regular basis. Striking imagery, strong colours, bold statements and simple sentences say it all – without hitting the reader with information overload.

Small is beautiful…

Hayes Garden World is a large garden and outdoor centre based in Ambleside and Leeds. This full page advertisement was designed for the Lakeland Life magazine, with stock library images and rich colours.

Hayes Garden World is a large garden and outdoor centre based in Ambleside and Leeds.

This full colour press advert was designed to promote a new Christmas tree recycling scheme run by Hayes. The advert was also re-formatted as a promotional poster and flyer.

Saints Rooms Advert

The Saints Rooms are a series of newly renovated private function rooms, based within the grounds of All Saints Church in Cockermouth. This advert was designed as part of my corporate identity proposals. My concept suggested the use of varying images relevant to the publication – in this instance a wedding magazine.
